Description
Located near the Haguenau Forest, Laubach is a small village where life is good. Uninhabited for 11 years after being devastated during the Thirty Years' War, it took several years to rebuild. The inhabitants have always farmed the land around the village. The village is a must for foodies as it is home to the restaurant La Merise, which has two Michelin stars.
