This fun and friendly culinary workshop will feature the preparation of three refined recipes:

- Appetizer: Sea bass and scallop tartare with citrus and mandarin.
- Main course: Quail stuffed with chestnuts and foie gras, roasted vegetables, duchess potatoes, and reduced sauce.
- Dessert: Chocolate-coconut sphere with mango and passion fruit
