Looking for a break during your vacation? Something that’s not just another sightseeing tour, but a moment just for you?
Energy Healer and Wellness Coach
I offer practices that I’ve experienced in my own life and in which I’ve been trained. These are opportunities to reconnect with yourself and enhance your well-being.

What I Offer
My offeringsEnergy healing and mindful massage combine gentle, enveloping movements tailored to your current needs, promoting deep relaxation where tension is released and energy flows—harmonizing body, heart, and mind.
energy treatments and mindful massagesIf you’re going through a period of transition:
- The massage & supportive counseling offers a space for active, confidential listening—free from judgment—to support you through moments of doubt or change.
massage & counseling- The Rebozo treatment is a gentle, enveloping ritual to acknowledge, experience, and process a change (transition) in your life. Its duration allows for total relaxation, which can support emotions, perceptions, realizations, and even a sense of release. (Duration: 6 hours—led by two trained practitioners)
Rebozo For those who wish to slow down even further and step back, the “Awareness and Rejuvenation” retreats offer a multi-day immersion, combining personalized support, treatments, moments of silence, and time in nature far from the daily grind.
"Awareness and Rejuvenation" retreatsOutdoors, rituals in nature help you reconnect with yourself, with life, and with the cycles of the natural world. They offer the opportunity to find peace, restore your well-being, and gain the momentum for new adventures in your life, surrounded by the natural beauty of Alsace.
Rituals in NatureFinally, Innate Dances invite you to move freely and spontaneously with guidance: your body remembers how to move and free itself naturally, returning to yourself, to your breath, to life—open to everyone, no experience required. (held indoors in Bouxwiller every second Tuesday of the month)
