Stage d'art zen - "Zen et Créativité

This workshop offers an artistic practice rooted in the spirit of Zen with Aisen's Creations (Adèle Harrer).
Three and a half days of immersion in a Zen temple in Alsace!
Creating becomes an experience of presence and simplicity, drawing from what is already there. Attention is focused on the gesture, the material, the rhythm, and the moment. The practice invites sincere engagement, without the pursuit of performance, allowing a personal and vibrant expression to emerge.
Each session begins with a brief period to settle in and open oneself up. Preparatory and complementary exercises support and give rhythm to the creative workshops: silent walks in the forest, gathering plants in the temple garden or in the forest, floral arrangements, and time spent observing and listening to the surroundings.
The creative time then unfolds in calm, at its own pace, accompanied by simple suggestions.
Various forms can be explored:
> painting with simple or natural materials
> collages and compositions using everyday objects
> ephemeral creations connected to the site and the forest


This practice is open to anyone wishing to delve deeper into a meditative and accessible artistic experience.
Basic supplies are provided. Participants are encouraged to bring paper, small art supplies, and a few symbolic or personal items that can inspire their artistic work.
