Le mur des noms - monument aux Alsaciens et Mosellans tués pendant le Seconde Guerre Mondiale

This monument to shared memory will be located below the Alsace-Moselle Memorial in Schirmeck. It will open its doors in 2026. Primarily a digital tool, it will enable visitors to encounter history and understand how almost 40,000 people lost their lives. Individual journeys, illustrated with photos and archives, will be accompanied by the testimonies of descendants. Alongside historians, descendants are the artisans of memory.
