Keep following the markings(watch out for the markings at bends and intersections). Your route follows a section shared with the markingsand. After an ascent of 900 m, follow the markings to the left. 900 m further on, follow themarkings to the right, and after 600 m you begin the climb to Jardin des Fées - La Grande Côte. i
At Jardin des Fées, at an altitude of 831 m, you can see megaliths and cup and ring marks. The result of erosion or carved by mankind? No one knows. This spot has had many different purposes: an astronomic observatory in the Iron Age, a Celtic religious site, an oil press, etc. All these elements are thought to be at least 3,000 years old.
