WORKSHOP: “WELCOME TO RETIREMENT”

Are you about to retire or have you recently retired? The “Welcome to Retirement” workshop is for you!
Offered free of charge by the Atout Âge Alsace association, this workshop consists of six sessions designed to support participants as they navigate this new stage of life.
To ensure a positive group dynamic and to get the most out of the discussions, it is recommended that you attend all sessions.

The sessions will take place on Tuesdays, from October 13 to November 17, 2026, from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the Marlenheim Cultural and Tourist Center (1 Place de la Liberté).

¿ Tuesday, October 13, 2026: Getting to Know Each Other – Becoming Aware of Change – Life in Retirement.
¿ Tuesday, October 20, 2026: Managing My Budget and Handling Administrative and Legal Matters – Presentation by a retirement specialist.
¿ Tuesday, October 27, 2026: Taking Care of Your Health and Building Your Health Capital (diet, sleep, physical activity).
¿ Tuesday, November 3, 2026: Putting it into practice by discovering a physical and/or artistic activity.
¿ Tuesday, November 10, 2026: Connecting with Others – Social Relationships, Commitments, and Volunteering.
¿ Tuesday, November 17, 2026: Looking toward the future—reflecting on the experience.
