Workshop : the World of Volcanoes

Spectacular and fascinating, volcanoes have been shaping our planet for millions of years. But how do they work? What are the differences between magma and lava? Through the observation of real volcanic rocks, experiments, and a model of an eruption, participants will discover the secrets of the world of volcanoes. They’ll also explore the impacts of eruptions on communities and the environment, while stepping into the shoes of a volcanologist to understand this exciting profession!
