Movies: Evil Dead

Evil Dead tells the story of five friends who spend a very pleasant weekend (or not!) in a secluded cabin deep in the woods. Their stay quickly turns into a nightmare when they discover a strange old grimoire and unwittingly awaken an ancient evil force...The film has become a horror classic thanks to its wild energy, visual inventiveness, and extremely dynamic direction. More than forty years after its release, Evil Dead remains an essential reference for many directors and fans of fantasy cinema.
