Blue Christmas - A Journey Through Music and Light

At 5:00 p.m., Notre-Dame Church will host the Maîtrise Sainte-Philomène of Haguenau. In this majestic setting, nearly fifty young choristers will present a concert featuring a mix of sacred works and Christmas carols.
For this occasion, Notre-Dame Church will be illuminated by a lighting display specially designed to highlight the richness of its architecture and provide an exceptional setting for this musical event.

After the concert, music will fill the streets of Guebwiller. In partnership with the Guebwiller Vocal Ensemble, nearly a hundred choristers will spread out across the three iconic squares in the city center to offer the public a unique choral experience. The voices will echo from one square to the next, inviting visitors to continue their stroll to the rhythm of Christmas carols.

This grand communal event will kick off the first weekend of “Noël Bleu,” marked by a spirit of sharing, camaraderie, and emotion.
