Portes Ouvertes : La Brasserie d'Emile

La Brasserie d’Emile is celebrating its first year at its new location in downtown Guebwiller and invites you to come raise a glass with us! On Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., come take a behind-the-scenes tour of the brewery: Hervé Legrand will give a step-by-step demonstration of brewing a pale lager. Activities are planned for all ages to help you explore the venue. To complement your visit, light refreshments will be available: sausage galettes (with a vegetarian option), crêpes with salted caramel, and drinks from the brewery!
