Film screening and discussion: "Au fil de l'eau"

As part of the Alimenterre festival

Water: an essential resource and an issue that affects us all.

From rivers to farmland, water is at the heart of our lives and our food supply. The film *Au fil de l’eau* invites us to look at this essential resource in a new light and to examine the links between water, agriculture and the land.

Following the screening, there will be a discussion to explore water-related issues and the choices that shape its future.

Le Chaudron des Alternatives is organising this screening and discussion as part of the Territorial Food Project – PAT Alsace Centrale. It is coordinated by the PETR Sélestat Alsace Centrale in partnership with the Maison de la nature du Ried et de l’Alsace centrale, with the aim of developing a food system that is accessible, sustainable, healthy, locally sourced and profitable for producers.
