Baron Ludwig von Sinclair, Lord of Oberbronn, who died in August 1738, will reappear on Samhain night. After offering you a pumpkin-based potion, he’ll take you on a delightfully spooky nighttime stroll, during which you’ll wander the dark alleyways of old Oberbronn in his company and that of his eerie servants: Erwin the Jailer, the servant Wilhelm, Frau Martha, the castle cook, and Frau Elvira, lady-in-waiting to the late Baroness von Sinclair. Along the way, the baron and his companions will recount fantastical tales and legends collected from northern to southern Alsace by the brothers Adolphe and Auguste Stoeber, famous Alsatian folklorists who lived in Oberbronn in the 1830s.
