Heidenkopf climbing site

The rocks of the Northern Vosges are ideal to climb, in particularly the Castel Old Windstein.
The Heidenkopf is the perfect spot for beginners. This crag offers a wide selection of easy and well-secured routes (around fifteen routes ranging from 4 to 6a). In addition, there are five routes on the vertical face, ranging from 7c to project level. Please note that there are no routes of intermediate difficulty. The climbing site is maintained by the French Mountaineering and Climbing Federation.
