Come enjoy a gourmet weekend at our "Caves Ouvertes" event.
You’ll have the chance to enjoy food from local artisans and producers: foie gras platters, oysters, smoked fish, snails, sweet and savory shortbread cookies, assorted breads, homemade Spätzle, chocolates, and of course, tarte flambée!

Self-guided tour of the 16th-century cellars.
Also in the cellars: tastings of vintage wines from our collection and a preview of the 2025 vintage, drawn from the barrels especially for the occasion.
