As part of the national weekend dedicated to wine tourism, “Vignobles en scène,” we are offering an ŒNO Workshop, an introduction to the Art of Wine Tasting (Eye, Nose, Mouth).

You’ll discover 6 wines and/or Crémants d’Alsace from our own production and  learn how to taste wine and use your senses to identify aromas and better understand wine; taste wines from different grape varieties, vintages, and terroirs; and try to identify the mystery wine.
