As a native of this village, I trained at the Institut Paul Bocuse and then in various Michelin-starred restaurants. I’ve returned to my hometown with the goal of creating more than just a meal—we offer a culinary and sensory experience at a winery, in a unique setting. We draw inspiration from the local terroir, nature, and the people around us to present you with a unique eight-course menu.
