The class is broken down into different sequences: relaxation, breathing exercises (pranayama) and postures (asanas). The benefits of yoga are manifold. Above all, the body recuperates after a stressful day, joints become more supple and the body stronger. The asanas are performed slowly, allowing the body to strengthen without increasing fatigue.
