As part of the “Vignobles en Scène” weekend, on October 16, 2026, and October 17, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., to mark the 50th anniversary of Crémant d’Alsace, we invite you to experience an exceptional evening celebrating half a century of bubbles, expertise, and passion in the heart of the Alsatian vineyards.
Over the course of an intimate dinner, let us guide you through a seven-course bistronomic meal, designed around pairings of Alsatian dishes and wines. At each course, a new encounter between the plate and the glass will allow you to discover the full richness, diversity, and myriad expressions of Crémant d’Alsace.
This evening will also celebrate community and the passing down of tradition: several female winemakers who are members of the association “Les Grandes Maisons des Vins d’Alsace” will be present to introduce guests to their Crémants d’Alsace, share their passion, and engage with the guests.

Do you know the history of Crémant d’Alsace?For this anniversary celebration, Marlène Dopff, from Maison Dopff au Moulin—a pioneer in the history of Crémant d’Alsace—will join us to share her story, her expertise, and some of the secrets behind these fine bubbles that have become emblematic of Alsace.
