Dorli'Sings swing choir concert

Dorlisings is a choir born in 2018. Directed until January 2025 by Marine Weiss, it has gained new momentum since September 2025 under the direction of the young and talented conductor Yann Lauras. Dorli'Sings brings together some twenty male and female choristers, accompanied on piano by Sébastien Dubourg. For the 2025-2026 season, the theme "Swinging Love" puts love in the spotlight. The program explores the world of jazz-swing, from the 1920s to the present day. It includes standards of the genre, as well as songs from pop music (The Beatles, Queen) and bossa nova, in the spirit of West Coast jazz. The common thread running through this repertoire is Kirby Shaw's jazz harmonizations for choir. The visual universe accompanies this musical atmosphere with vintage outfits evoking the golden age of swing.
