I invite you to join us for the next installment of our popular Lebanese cooking workshop. A new workshop featuring even more delicious recipes for hot and cold mezze and the famous pita bread!

This hearty and aromatic cuisine is full of little gems for vegetarians and even vegans. In this second, slightly longer workshop, we’ll cover 8 new recipes—many of which are just as easy as those in “Lebanon 1,” while others are a bit more complex.
I’ll show you the techniques and tips to ensure success with the recipes we’ll prepare together.

  • Red Lentil & bulgur
  • Marinated Turnip Pickles (Kabees el Lift)
  • Fattoush Salad (summer or winter version)
  • Fatteh (cold mezze of chickpeas, flavored yogurt & fried pita)
  • Muhammara (Red pepper & walnut dip) – in summer
  • Lebanese lentil & rice (Shorbet Adas) – in winter
  • Pita bread
