This is a special workshop for the festive season. Whether you're looking to liven up a festive table, or serve them as an aperitif, these little dishes, full of subtle yet distinctive flavors, are sure to please everyone. These recipes are elaborate, but if you already like a bit of cooking, they're very affordable!

- Traditional Blinis infused with hay (wheat & buckwheat)

- Sweet and fresh root vegetable duo verrines

-Bouchées du sous bois au verger (mushrooms - chestnuts - pear)

- Surprise salted truffles with walnuts (pumpkin)

- Ovenless country pâté (wheat)

- Creamy pear-almond verrine & crumble almond & buckwheat (without glue)

You'll leave with the satisfaction of having eaten what you prepared and of course with the recipes to remake them at home and impress your friends / family with these original and accessible recipes!
