Gourmet aperitif at Domaine Heywang

• Wine and food pairing evening at the estate - between curiosity and gourmandise!
• We invite you to an evening of discovery: surprising food and wine pairings built around our organic wines. A local caterer will propose several savory bites, designed to dialogue with our vintages.
• Weather permitting, the aperitif takes place outside, at the back of the house: you'll have a breathtaking view of the Alsace plain: on a clear day, you can see Strasbourg cathedral and sometimes the Swiss Alps. Evenings can be chilly, so pack a little wool!
• In case of capricious weather, the evening will take place indoors, in our tasting room.
• In all cases, we organize this evening in "Stammtisch" or "Grande Tablée" format to encourage exchanges between guests.
• Cet Apéro Gourmand chez le Vigneron Indépendant is a convivial moment for those who like to discover new and surprising food and wine pairings.
