Yannick and the Coast Brothers are in fact a crew of pirates led by Yannick, the most terrible of them all... ! They tell the true story of these outlaws of the seas, who plagued the Caribbean during the Golden Age of Piracy (1680 - 1720). Colorful, authentic characters are portrayed through songs sung in French, to music that blends Celtic ritornellos and hard rock. Forget clichés about piracy and Celtic music. Yannick et les Frères la Côte are unique and timeless. Yannick et les Frères la Côte are old sea dogs who have sailed all the musical oceans and many galleys...! But they're always ready to set sail for new musical and human adventures...
