This 6th edition of the U3T will enable all participants to climb to the summit of the Ungersberg in the footsteps of the peasants who, in 1493, set off in their lace-up shoes, or Bundschuh, to prepare for the future revolts that would mark the history of Alsace. More than 500 years later, other lace-up shoes will be treading the paths through the forests and 3 wine-growing regions, starting from Reichsfeld, a magnificent village nestled in the foothills of the Ungersberg, on courses that are all about running, where effort management will be a determining factor right up to the finish. In 2026, the first Bundschuh Marathon of 42km 2100m d+ will be held, in addition to the 24km 1200m and 14km 800m d+ courses, with finishes as demanding as ever.
