During a convivial evening, we propose food and wine pairings to discover or rediscover Alsace wines and their palette of aromas.
It's a great way to learn about Alsace wines and share your passion for the independent winegrowing profession.
You'll be able to taste 6 food and wine pairings that we've selected for the occasion, and perhaps learn more about pairings and the pitfalls to avoid. And all in a convivial atmosphere!
