Les Confitures du Climont

Discover around forty varieties of jams, jellies, and “crufitures” (raw fruit preserves), cooked in copper pots and prepared in the purest Alsatian tradition. Local flavors are well represented: wild rose, morello cherry, mirabelle plum with cinnamon, wild apple, blueberry, not to mention the famous Christmas jam.


Enjoy a unique and informative tour of the Confitures du Climont's expertise through a 150m² exhibition space divided into different areas:

- France's only jam museum;

- A workshop that is always open to visitors, still featuring century-old copper pots;

- A direct sales store with a tasting area;

- And an educational orchard.


Confitures du Climont has been awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) label, recognizing excellence in French craftsmanship.
