Located at an altitude of 1,100 m, at the heart of the Lac Blanc resort in Orbey, the Auberge du Blancrupt welcomes you to an unspoilt natural setting, between fir forests and Vosges peaks. It's the ideal place for a gourmet break, summer or winter.
Gourmet self-service cuisine
During the Christmas, winter and summer vacations, the auberge offers a self-service menu every lunchtime, with homemade, comforting, seasonal dishes. Specialties include munstiflette, pie, blueberry or fromage blanc tart. A vegetarian option is always available. In the afternoon, a brasserie menu allows you to enjoy savoury boards, drinks and desserts on the panoramic terrace.
