From the vine, to the grape, to the glass, we'll show you our know-how and our sensibility. For two hours, independent winemaker Muriel will guide you through her world of viticulture. Discover organic viticulture on a stroll through the vineyards, where passion and respect for the land are combined with a family and feminine philosophy. Then visit the estate's technical facilities and learn the secrets of wine-making. The experience concludes with a comparative tasting of 6 to 8 Alsace Bio wines, accompanied by a pretzel. Each cuvée has its own story, which Muriel will tell you with passion.
