Before enjoying a traditional Alsatian meal in a 3-star hotel restaurant, a former cellar master from the Wine cellar Cleebourg invites you to visit the northernmost cellar in Alsace. A small tasting is offered at the end of the tour.
Then, while enjoying a panoramic view of the northern Alsatian vineyards, come and taste a typical local meal accompanied by the excellent wines of the Wine cellar Cleebourg.
The menu consists of:
- Half a dozen snails served with a glass of Pinot Auxerrois
- A sauerkraut accompanied by a glass of Riesling
- A crème brûlée
Registration at the Cleebourg Wine Cellar for the guided tour and meal reservation at Le Cleebourg.
