A full menu of sunny flavors, made up of simple, flavorful preparations that can vary according to mood and available ingredients.

- Baba Ganoush (Moutabal), eggplant fondant - Green lentils Lebanese tabbouleh style - Baghrir, small pancakes with a thousand holes savory version - Peppers and red onions with balsamic chutney style - Zucchini gazpacho (raw) with lemon confit with salt And much more, depending on the chef's inspiration and the number of participants!

Cooking techniques, discovery of new flavors, gourmet and healthy tasting, as well as conviviality are all on the agenda.

Participants will leave with the satisfaction of having tasted the dishes prepared and, of course, with the recipes to reproduce them at home and surprise their loved ones with these original and accessible recipes!
