This not-so-vegefriendly local cuisine can nonetheless bring techniques, ideas, flavors and comfort to your kitchen. Whether it's to rediscover flavors from childhood or to discover another way of cooking 100% Elsass, this workshop appeals for its gourmandise, and the variety of simple techniques for making little dishes from home, vegan version!

- Baeckeoffe of marinated vegetables with local (and organic)white wine

- Schwammeschnecke ( rolls with grilled mushrooms and vegetables, cooked in broth )

-"Bibeleskaas" and Horseradish Cream on the side

 

You'll leave with the satisfaction of having eaten what we've prepared and of course with the recipes to remake them at home and wow your friends / family with these original and accessible recipes!
