A legendary story
August 3, 1927, Cherry Hill prison, USA. Nicola Sacco, alone in his cell while the electric chair is being prepared. Alone, but then Bartolomeo Vanzetti appears. Two Italian immigrants to the U.S., anarchists condemned to the electric chair in a hasty trial that aroused international opinion.
The machinery of the prosecution's trial, the fraternity, the certainties and shadows of the two militants, the fear in the face of the inescapable take shape in this poignant huis clos.
