An immersive experience with a film in the heart of the cellar, followed by a tasting and lunch.
Immersive cellar experience and tasting: I'll welcome you to the cellar, where we'll start tasting our wines. I'll then take you on a tour of the family winery, which dates back to 1850, and show you the hundred-year-old oak barrels we still use to make our wines.
In the cellar, we have created a scenographic area with an immersive 180° video projected onto barrels - the only one of its kind in France.
This year, following the organic conversion of my estate, we are renovating our cellar and will take advantage of this new setting to offer our future visitors a new activity.
This film is not a remake of anything you can find to date about working in the vineyards... But a film about my rather rich personal history, and my working philosophy. The whole thing is projected in the cellar, onto hundred-year-old oak barrels at 180° (mapping on certain sequences) with sound work, allowing the audience to be totally immersed in my story.
I'll also be serving pretzels throughout the tasting.
You'll be able to discover our little specialities, the Pinot Gris "Rose" and the rare Klevener from Heiligenstein.
Your visit ends with lunch (soup, crudité pie, Alsatian dessert, drinks included).
