Alélor-Domaine des Terres Rouges has been a manufacturer of mustards, horseradish and condiments since 1873. The company is the last mustard mill in Alsace and the only processing plant for horseradish roots in France.
Very attached to its terroir, Alélor-Domaine des Terres Rouges supports its partner farmers to develop in Alsace the cultivation of mustard seeds, horseradish roots and pickles. Find in the Condiments Shop in Mietesheim all the products of our know-how, including a wide selection of mustards, horseradish of different intensities, mayonnaises and sauces, pickles, oils and vinegars, and many organic products.
