Perched at an elevation of 680 meters on the Col de la Perheux, the Auberge de Violette et Per-Loup welcomes you to an unspoiled natural setting with a beautiful view of the valley. Here, we cook according to the seasons, using carefully selected ingredients and meats and charcuterie from the Ferme de la Bouille in the Val d’Argent, which specializes in the organic raising of Vosgienne cattle. The inn opens for groups of 15 or more, with reservations required at least one week in advance.
