The first stop on the Terroirs Tour: Ammerschwihr and its Kaefferkopf Grand Cru.
In a unique setting, enjoy a beautiful view of Alsace and its vineyards.
Discover the exhibition where you can step back in time to explore the history of wine in Ammerschwihr through an exhibition by Francis Lichtlé, historian.
Stroll amongst the rows of the Kaefferkopf vineyard to discover, through 48 photographs, the endemic birds found in our vineyards.
In the heart of the vineyard, immerse yourself in the wine cellar of the Confrérie des Amis d’Ammerschwihr et du Kaefferkopf by taking part in a vertical tasting of Riesling, Gewurztraminer and Kaefferkopf blends spanning several decades. This workshop is by booking only, at 1 pm and 4 pm.
At 11 am, enjoy a musical interlude in the heart of the Kaefferkopf whilst tasting five wines from local producers, paired with pieces performed by the flute classes of the Kaysersberg Valley Music School. This workshop is by reservation only.
On-site catering, entertainment and workshops for all, DJ sets, a pop-up wine bar, wooden games...
Access to the site is on foot only.
