Sélestat Dialect Theater: “Wer Isch Was”
A sparkling dialect comedy, adapted by Simone Struss from Marc Camoletti’s famous play “Pyjama pour Six.”
Amid misunderstandings, lies, and outlandish situations, the characters get joyfully tangled up in a series of surprises as each tries to keep up appearances… without ever quite succeeding.
Directed by Frédéric Ries and performed by the Sélestat Dialect Theater, this Alsatian adaptation celebrates humor, secret lovers, improvised lies, and completely crazy situations, where the rhythm and flavor of the dialect offer a moment of pure entertainment.
