What if brunch became a time to take care of yourself?

The Naturo Brunch is a friendly, gourmet workshop that invites you to discover the basics of a healthy diet that's simple, tasty and adapted to everyday life.
The workshop is divided into two complementary parts.
A first theoretical part, led by Jenifer Ivan, naturopath, will help you understand the main principles of a diet conducive to a balanced body. Anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anti-allergenic diets will be covered, to better understand the impact of our food choices on energy, digestion and overall well-being.
The second part will be dedicated to practical cooking, guided by Patryk Luba, a chef specializing in plant-based cuisine. Participants will learn to make several creative and accessible recipes, inspired by the brunch universe, featuring natural, plant-based and nutrient-rich ingredients.

The aim: to show that it's possible to cook healthily without giving up pleasure or indulgence.

The objective

Throughout the workshop, you'll discover simple tips for composing balanced plates, integrating more plant-based ingredients into your diet and adopting health-promoting culinary reflexes.
The Naturo Brunch is a moment of exchange, discovery and sharing, where theory and practice meet to give you concrete keys to taking care of your health... while enjoying yourself.
