On the agenda: delicious and surprising pairingsFor one hour, let Marine, the estate’s winemaker, guide you through a guided tasting of 5 Alsatian wines, paired with 3 traditional regional bredele and 2 chocolates.
From the lightest to the most intense, each treat reveals new harmonies with the wines being tasted. A wonderful opportunity to discover the art of food and wine pairings in an authentic and welcoming setting.
And because the magic of Christmas is for all ages, children are also treated to their own gourmet tasting!
For children: 3 bredele and a glass of grape juice.
The tasting takes place in the heart of the estate’s cellar, surrounded by our casks, barrels, and stainless-steel tanks, in an atmosphere specially designed for Christmas.
The bredele are made by Atelier W, a café and boutique located in Dambach-la-Ville, less than 5 km from the estate. Delicious local specialties to celebrate the flavors and traditions of Christmas in Alsace!

- Minimum age for wine tasting: 18 years old. Grape juice is provided for children.
