A gourmet evening to discover unexpected food and wine pairings, outdoors weather permitting. Bites prepared by a gourmet caterer, in harmony with our organic wines. A convivial moment, between surprises and discoveries.
- Wine and food pairing evening at the estate - between curiosity and gourmandise!
- We invite you to an evening of discovery: surprising food and wine pairings built around our organic wines. A local caterer will propose several savory bites, designed to dialogue with our vintages.
- Weather permitting, the aperitif takes place outside, at the back of the house: you'll have a breathtaking view of the Alsace plain: on a clear day, you can see Strasbourg cathedral and sometimes the Swiss Alps. Evenings can be chilly, so pack a little wool!
- In case of capricious weather, the evening will take place indoors, in our tasting room.
- In all cases, we organize this evening in "Stammtisch" or "Grande Tablée" format to encourage exchanges between guests.
- Cet Apéro Gourmand chez le Vigneron Indépendant is a convivial moment for those who like to discover new and surprising food and wine pairings.
