Online forms

Your personal data are collected by the local authority through online forms, in order to answer your enquiry. Such collection is authorised on the basis of the consent you give when completing and sending the form (ticking the box).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALES

 

CANCELLATION FEES

Cancellations made at the behest of the CCPB will be fully reimbursed, without any penalties. Should the order be cancelled by the Customer, reimbursement will be made minus the fees given below.

  • Expenses relating to the online payment gateway, amounting to 12%,
  • Online reservation expenses of 4 %,
  • Ticketing expenses of 0.30 euros per ticket purchased.

Cancellation and reimbursement requests must be mailed to the address given on the ticket in the contact section. No reimbursement can be made in the shop of the Ateliers de la Seigneurie. In the event of force majeure, including a catastrophe, conflict, or a lockdown due to an epidemic, customers may cancel their booking without any penalties.

RESTRICTIONS ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In application of article L 121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal as stated in article L. 121- 20 of the same code, does not apply to orders for leisure activities (workshops, conferences, shows, etc.) which can be performed at a set date or frequency.
